Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your items. To be eligible, you must send picture proof of the issue to taylorssparklingcups@gmail.com within the 48-hour window.
Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Once your package has been shipped, Taylor’s Sparkling Snow Globe Cups & More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
